测高仪是放置于平台上进行单轴测量的仪器，理想的情况是花岗石平台。我们提供的tesa-μhite是一种平台与测高仪结合在一起的全功能测量系统，功能全面的测高仪主要用于在线或批量检测，一台或一群机床上直接进行测量，特别是对于一些尺寸要求严格的工件在生产过程中的调试和抽样检测非常有用。

scs校验证书
Zui新生产的tesa-hite和tesa micro-hite生产线现在也已经有了自己的由scs认证合格的温度控制实验室，因此，每一款测高仪都包含有免费的scs的校验证书。
几乎可以忽略的温度变化(20°c ±0,1°)，以及采用高精度的步距规，在校验过程中可以做到Zui低的测量不确定度。

第一步，所有已装配完成的测高仪系统误差的自动补偿所需要的数值将通过计算机辅助精度(caa)获得。

一旦计算完毕，每个单一的补偿值将被存储在测高仪内存中以便在校验中自动的对测量值做出校正修改。

Zui后，基于通过测量另外一个步距规所获得的一系列测量数据得到相关的校验证书，校验步骤和scs都确保每一款测高仪可以追溯到国家标准。

tesa-hite 400测高仪采用增量式光栅尺，具有tesa专利技术在测量直径时自动寻找顶点。简洁坚固的结构设计，是车间尺寸检测的理想测量设备。
